Practice Wellness 123 is a private wellness practice in Darling offering life counselling, art therapy, and movement-based wellness. We provide a calm, respectful space to support your physical, emotional, and personal wellbeing.
At Practice Wellness 123, we aim to nurture physical, psychological, and personal wellbeing through a range of supportive wellness modalities.

Life can present complex challenges, transitions, and periods of uncertainty. Life counselling offers a confidential and supportive space where you can explore concerns, clarify your needs, and gain perspective on your current circumstances.
Through counselling, concerns are explored within their broader context, making them easier to understand and address. Sessions focus on managing expectations, identifying patterns, and developing realistic steps toward positive change.
Personal consultations are available in person, with online counselling sessions also offered for those who prefer or require remote support.
Art therapy supports individuals who experience emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, or low mood by offering a non-verbal and creative way to explore thoughts and feelings.
No previous artistic experience or skill is required. The focus is not on artistic ability, but on expression, reflection, and personal meaning. Art therapy can help increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing in a gentle, accessible way.
Private art therapy sessions are available by appointment.
Regular physical activity plays an important role in supporting mental health, cognitive functioning, and overall quality of life.
Practice Wellness 123 has a private exercise facility suitable for rehabilitation-focused movement, strength and resistance training, and resistance stretching. The environment is calm, private, and free from the pressure often associated with traditional gyms.
You may choose to use the facility independently or book guided exercise sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. Guided sessions are designed around your current ability, preferences, and long-term wellbeing — whether your focus is strength, flexibility, mobility, or general fitness.
Affordable monthly membership options are available. To ensure suitability and safety, all new members are required to book an Exercise Membership Intake Session to assess individual exercise needs.
